So i have a 9 year old cousin and an 8 year old sister. I was watching youtube on the tablet they share and in the recently searched was “kissing” “sex” “penis and vagina”. Obviously kids are curious but i don’t want them to be exposed to things they shouldnt. How should i approach this?

You should go to your parents and let them know. It's really something they should handle as well as your cousins parents. I wouldn't get involved further than that. Each parent should decide how they navigate something like this.
