Bloody show? Mucus plug? Both? 34 weeks

I’m asking because I’m going to be in a pool today for Fourth of July quite a bit aways from my hospital and doctor lol.

I’m a FTM and last night my hubby and I had sex. Afterwards I had a clump of bloody whatever sink to the bottom of the toilet. This was followed by diarrhea and me dripping the same color reddish/brown/pink while pooping....(sorry)

I’ve had light pink spotting after sex twice in my pregnancy due to cervical irritation but nothing that was this much and lasted into the next day.

Our activities last night were very slow so I’m not too convinced I irritated myself.

This morning all morning when I woke I have more and more mucus with brown and pink tinges in it maybe some red but it’s hard to tell based on how mixed it is. Anyway when I wiped last night it was just this

However now it’s that plus brown and mixed with mucus. I’ve been crampy and feeling like I have to poop. Just generally uncomfortable but not “in pain”. I’m not sure what to think because I thought it would have gone away by now.
