Azo while pregnant?

Feel a UTI coming on & it HURTS. Is azo safe during pregnancy?!

It’s a class b medicine so it shouldn’t be taken unless absolutely necessary. My doctor advised me not to take it again when I had a uti at 11 weeks.

This sounds so obvious but I’ve been able to fight them off if you chug a ton of water for a day. Good luck worst feeling :(

D-mannose is a better option.
