Shorter cervical length?

Hey all I just was hoping for some answers/experiences. At 20 weeks my cervix was measuring 4.2 cm, which is great. But I’m 28 weeks now and it’s only measuring 3.3 cm now. Is this normal? Should I be concerned.

Just had my 4th in Nov at 38+1. At 19 weeks my cervix measured 2.7 cm and my doctor didn't even think monitoring it was necessary. If you're concerned you should definitely bring it up to your doctor 💖

Is this your first? Your cervical length will get smaller the further you progress in pregnancy.

I’ve had my cervix measured 3 times so far. Im now 24 weeks. At 16 weeks it was 3.9 at 20 weeks it was 4.3 and at 22 weeks it was 3.99 they will not do any more measurement until the end of my pregnancy. My OB said anything over 2.5 is what they are looking for. I believe your cervix can fluctuate slightly during pregnancy.
