I know someone who moved from Florida to Iowa at around 35 weeks pregnant. It's probably easier with military if you're planning to birth at a military hospital and they'll cover moving. Just make sure you take frequent breaks if you're driving

I just moved across the country at 34 weeks due to my husband’s job. The biggest thing is finding a doctor a few weeks before you go. For me the new doctor just required my medical records from my previous doctor and that was it. It was super simple and painless.
