4 weeks and 5 days 🤍

so I went in for my first scan thinking that I was about 7 weeks and when they did the ultrasound she said i measure about 4-5 weeks and according to my calculations I conceived around june 3-5 and from then to today i’m considered 4 weeks and 5 days, has this happened to anyone? this is my second pregnancy and my first resulted in a miscarriage this year during march & i’ve been so anxious and nervous that it will happen again. does everything look okay? or has anyone had a similar experience?
