Lightening crotch

I’m on my third pregnancy and I already feel the shooting pains that is lightening crotch I’m only around 4-6 weeks not entirely sure honestly but is this normal? I’m also feeling a lot of fluttering in my stomach they feel like kicks OBVIOUSLY ITS NOT THE BABY lol I’ve had phantom kicks since my first baby but did it seem to happen more frequently after finding out your pregnant again? I just find it to be odd
