4 weeks and 5 days postpartum… started spotting brown-bright red blood two days ago, today still heavier spotting of bright red blood. Having cramps that accompany this but the spotting and cramping only occurs during the day for a few hours, then goes away.

Anyone else have this?

Could it be my period or is my bleeding back because I did too much over the 4th of July and then started light exercise back up?
