Cold sore, help!

Hi everyone, I rarely get cold sores but today I woke up with one on the side of my lip! It wouldn’t have been a problem before but I have my wedding this Saturday!!!! Please anyone help!!! Anything I can do in the meantime to subside it AT LEAST???

I started applying abreeva but that’s it!!
