On days me and my bf don’t have sex I have no problems with my vag but on the days we do have sex I get a really bad “yeast infection” I’ll get really smelly and itchy, and my discharge would be clumped and a dark yellowish color. Is this normal?

We both lost our virginity to eachother Nov 2020.. Could he not be cleaning himself properly? He doesn’t ever smell bad when we do it (I check because ion play no mess about my ph) but I just don’t understand. Could it be too much friction causing the yeast infection? I’m I the problem?

*Ways I get rid of it is by soaking in a light apple cider vinegar bath. I do not stay in the bath long and I rinse off the the shower. I also put a few pads in the freezer and get one out once I’m out of the shower. The pad is pre covered in coconut oil so it’s all super cold and it always soothes the discomfort and itchy ness. The itchyness be unbearable.
