CD 11 I had follicles measuring 14, 15, 16, 18. Repeat Ultrasound CD 14 and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> that day vs trigger for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> CD 15. I am 37, ovulate on my own, and took Femara CD 3-7 for unexplained fertility AND one tube on the right, which happens to be where all the follicles are developing! I was worried I had been ovulating on the left all this time.

Any similar scenarios out there? Do you think all 4 will mature over 3-4 days? I’m ok with twins but I’m so scared of triplets!
