Provera day 3 but ovulating? HELP!

So I am starting another cycle of provera for 10 days, then Letrozole and trigger shot with timed intercourse. It has been a little over a month since my miscarriage and no period so my doctor put me on provera to start my period and then start the other meds....I took pregnancy tests before taking provera and it was a clear negative. Just for the heck of it I took a ovulation test and it was an instant dark...I’m so confused...should I try to go in and be seen? Could I be pregnant and a test just isn’t picking it up yet? Could a ovulation test pick it up before a pregnancy test would show positive? Has this happened to anyone? Or maybe am I just now ovulating? Should I stop taking provera? It’s Sunday so there’s no one to talk to until tomorrow. Thought maybe someone could give me some insight...

(and yes according to my OPKS I ovulated 2 weeks ago) -I’m wondering if maybe I didn’t really ovulate then?
