Today is the day!

We dismantled the crib and got her room toddler safe. We got the toddler bed a couple weeks ago, let her build it with us and let her get used to it being in the room before we got rid of the crib.

She is in there for the first time with just the toddler bed for nap. She so far is still in the bed. She has gotten up twice but right back to bed. It isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be!

I let her pick out stuffed animals to sleep in her new bed with her which I think helped. I made sure to speak very positively about it. Call her a big girl and that she's doing big girl things.

It took her 13 minutes to fall asleep. I am one proud Mama 🥲
