4 weeks, no symptoms

I am only 4 weeks and today was my missed period day, BFP on Sunday. I have no pregnancy symptoms. I only have brown spotting. DH says he can really tell because of how emotional/ sleepy/ hungry I am. But, I have no breast pain,no matallic taste in mouth, no neasea, nothing. I know I am still very early... It's just that with DS I had a lot of symptoms right away
