My 6 y old son has been grinding his teeth in his sleep ever since he was 2.5 or 3 years old. I would notice it since we shared bedrooms. After a while i consulted with his dentist who said kids grinding teeth is common and to watch out for complaints of jaw pain. And also to keep stress low. I cant think of what has been stressing him for 3 years?? Anyway he started school and moved to his room and it kinda slipped my mind.but we have been sharing bedrooms again this summer(thanks to high electricity bills we can run only one air conditioner through the night!) I can hear him through the night grinding his teeth! Hes a pretty active kid. But hes been home due to the pandemic, so no school stress really.

Any other moms have teeth grinding kids??what did you do? Did it go away with time? Sorry if my post reads all over the place. It's nighttime here!
