My nails are ruined.

I've gotten acrylics for over a year with no issue until this. I wanted a new set, the tech drilled my nails to absolute nothing, then put acrylic. I didn't realize how bad it was until the acrylic was setting and I started to feel intense burning. I didn't want to tell her to remove them out of fear she would do more damage. I can feel how sensitive they are, they hurt to move, they're sensitive to temperature even under the thick layer of acrylic, it's bad. How do I get them off without hurting myself? And what should I use to help them heal?
