Sex while pregnant

Hi hi , I found out I was pregnant about a week ago me & my partner had a (quickie) this morning but when I went to use the restroom, I wiped and there was blood on the toilet paper. Is this normal? I haven’t had any bleeding or spotting until that. I put on a panty liner just to monitor myself or to see if I soak all the way to my liner, rite now it’s only when I wipe it’s a few red bright spot but the rest is pink... according to my app it says I’m 5 w 5 d
