Does your boss go through your desk when you're not there?

I know this is kind of off topic for health and relationships, but my manager seems to always be going through my desk when I'm not at work. I'm there part time so I'm in and out a lot. I can tell because my computer has things opened or things on my desk are messed up or missing. Also if there are things that are not quite done, she'll call me out by saying "I noticed you have a stack of things that are not finished this morning". I'm usually very organized and it tends to mess with my head a lot.
