Someone help please? Am I overreacting?

I took my second dose recently and forgot to take a painkiller in case of symptoms and I fell asleep for like 2-3 hours within 6 hours from taking it and I keep thinking that I got a fever and didn’t know it and I’m scared that it reached a really high temperature while I slept. I measured as soon as I woke up and it was normal. Am I overreacting or is my fear rational? Thanks
