possible burn!?

I need help. i used a product i shouldn’t have too close to my vagina. i used the magic shaving powder and suddenly started feeling a burning sensation. i tried to wipe it but that made things worse. i immediately hopped in the tub and thouroghly rinsed the whole area for a long time. it hurts a lot to even try to pee and the area seems to be inflamed and is extremely sensitive. i can’t go to the ER. help help. what do i do??? i am currently trying cortizone 10
