I'm almost 35 weeks and I have been getting these sharp pains in my groin area, they catch me off guard every time and sometimes it makes me double over because I don't expect them. It feels like an electronic shock shooting down there. Does anyone know what they are?

Some people told me it was baby's head on a nerve and they just hit it. And some people tell me it's my cervix dilating and effacing. Help 😢
