Confusion

I am a little puzzled as to what to do...

I had a baby 7 months ago, got my period back 4 months ago. They have been normal, just like before my baby. This month I have had cramping for over a week, worse than normal. Headaches dizziness fainting nausea the works but no period.

My cervix is dialated??? The width of my index finger and I don't know why

But no bfp (and I've tried several)

I've just had a blood test and will hear back soon but what if it's negative like all the tests. I'm not sure what's going on. I feel pregnant but the real proof isn't happening!
