Can anyone advise?

I’m waiting to speak to the doctor tomorrow, does anyone have any experience of their ultrasounds looking like this? It looks solid to be a yolk sac. I think it looks more like a yolk sac on the right.

My first ultrasound looked like this at 5 weeks and 6 days. Everyone’s looks different but Im pretty sure you’re fine. Mine didn’t start looking like an actual baby until I was 12 weeks

I wonder if that's actually the embryo?  With my pregnancy with my son we could mostly just see the embryo in the angle that the ultrasound photo we had was. I was 6 weeks 5 days here.

Can anyone advise?
