38 and Pregnant 6 weeks and 5 Days

Just left my ultrasound appointment! There was a gestational sac, yolk sac, fetal pole and heartbeat 💓! I had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured October 2020, and had to have an emergency 🚨 surgery! I have a 12 yo, 13, 14 and 15 yo…they are in for a surprise!
