Does midwife ask about abortion?

This will be my first born child but my second pregnancy as my first pregnancy I had an abortion when I was 18.
I am now 20 and pregnant again but want to keep this one. 
I am scared when I have my first midwife appointment will she ask if I had abortion before? I’m worried she may judge me as it’s only been a year and a bit since my abortion she might think I am not ready still. 
Also I have heard having a surgical abortion can damage your cervix causing it to dilate too early in pregnancy and cause cervical incompetence which will be a miscarriage. I’m so scared of that happening. What are the chances of cervical incompetence after having a surgical abortion?

I believe there is a questionnaire or something asking how many pregnancies and live births you’ve had. 
If you’re worried about your cervix in relation to your abortion, I’d bring it up and see if the midwife can offer some insight or advice. If you’re judged for having an abortion and comments are made regarding it, it would be wise to seek out another medical professional. Midwives and doctors should not judge you based on abortions, pregnancies, miscarriages, stillbirths, or how many children you have/want.

Your midwife will ask how many times you've been pregnant and how many live births you've had. If you're worried it could impact your cervix it's important to be upfront with your midwife and tell her if your concerns. She'll be able to tell you how likely it is to cause an issue

She asks your medical history which includes is this hr first pregnancy in which ud say no shell say live birth and u say no medical abortion. They dont judge and if she did u file a complaint and get a new doctor. You need ti answer honestly or could risk health complications

It’s usually a standard question on any new patient paperwork for midwife or OB to list all prior pregnancies, including miscarriages and abortions.
This question is *only* to have an understanding of your medical history so your provider can just have a clear picture. They should never judge you based on anything you share with them. If they do, find a new provider. Having an abortion does not affect the health of future pregnancies, and the reason behind your abortion is totally irrelevant. I would be surprised if she asked you about it at all outside of what’s asked on the paperwork.

It’s important to share your medical history so they can fully prepare themselves to properly care for you. With that said, if she decides to be judgmental then you should find a new midwife. It’s done now so it doesn’t matter what she thinks or says about it. During this time you don’t need a doctor that will be supportive
