Has anyone successfully conceived with endometriosis? If so, how long did it take?

If you have endometriosis pain, what does it feel like and when does it occur? I don’t yet know if I have endometriosis but I suspect it because I get debilitating pain every single month during ovulation and during my period. It almost feels as if I’m in the early stages of labor and I have a lot of pressure in my vagina and rectum.
