When you shave around your vagina, is it kinda stubbly or smooth?

Since shaving only cuts the hair it seems to be a mix of smooth in some places, stubbly in others for me

Depends on how good/close of a shave you want. It helps if you like pull up/back on the skin to help more of the hair root be exposed as you shave. Also shaving against the grain/hair to speak as long as you have a fresh razor/ not super sensative skin. Shaving cream and taking your time etc. Though most of the time I just let mine grow cause I'm too lazy for all that.
