Implantation bleeding? (No pic)

What does it look like? I'm having a bloody type discharge. Once today and nothing after I wiped.

I think what I'm having is implantation bleeding because my period usually starts 2-3 days after my sugar pills start and this started the first day of my sugar pills early in the am. It was different than a period. More brown and stringy and then it will stop and then it was brown/red early today and now it's brown/pink and it doesn't fill a pad or tampon but it definitely needs a pad.

It looks like pink blood..maybe a tiny clot...usually it's a 1 time thing when you wipe. It usually isn't deep red.
