LMP 9 weeks ago, no heartbeat

Hello!

My first ultrasound was at 8 weeks and all the tech could see was a gestational sac and a yolk sac (transvaginal). So possible blighted ovum. Came back 9 days later, and now there’s a little something next to a yolk sac (see the picture), but no heartbeat, still transvaginal. So It’s 9 weeks 5 days based on my LMP. I should also mention that I was checking my ovulation, so my dates are right, and I should be on week 9. Last week my HCG was 61000 and now it’s 53000.

Any similar experiences of everything developing so slow? Good or bad.
