4 or 5 weeks???

I went to the Er due to feeling faint and heart palpitations. I got bloodwork done, she checked how far along I am, and the doctor came back and said that My levels are only at 4 weeks pregnant and she doesn’t know if they’re goin up or down. So I’m really confused here...does this mean that’s when I conceived or measuring from my period on June 8th I should be 5-6 weeks and I’m probably miscarrying..I’m so worried now. I probably conceived around 4 weeks ago but my last period was almost 6 weeks ago. Please help me here yall. I don’t have my appointment with the ob until august 10th and it’s not even a real appointment😓
