Meat Aversion 28 weeks 🤢
Is anyone else still experiencing an aversion to meat? Every type of meat just sounds disgusting to me, and if I do manage to get it down 75% of the time it comes back up 🤢. At this point I'm worried about not getting in enough protein and I know it's important to baby's development. It's come to the point where I will go all day without eating any source of major protein.
How are you guys getting in your protein or hiding your meat? I managed to hide a scoop of collagen protein in my coffee every morning so at least I know I'm getting 20 grams in, and I can stomach eggs but not a ton of them. My diet mostly consists of Carbs, a ton of fruits especially melons, fats (avocado and cream cheese, Greek yogurt are always stocked ❤️), and I have been craving iceberg lettuce with basic Italian dressing like a fiend.
