Halo bassinet
Hi there! Someone gifted me a halo bassinet from my Amazon registry. It came with a defective piece and Amazon told me they can’t do an exchange. I’m going to call halo tomorrow to see if they’ll give me a replacement piece but has anyone ever had this happen and gotten a replacement? I’m just worried they won’t do it since we bought it from Amazon, but it does say it has a 1 year warranty!
