Help! What’s wrong with me!

Hey guys, so I think I may be ovulating and here is why:

I just had my period about a week and a few days ago and I started having specks of blood when I wipe.

I also feel DEAD. Like hit by a truck. The one night I actually thought I had a fever because my body aches were so bad but my temp was only 99.0. I have some cystic acne on my chin, as well.

I normally don’t ovulate but started taking Vitex a few months ago so I would know ovulation from a regular day. Anyone else go through this?

*and no, I am not pregnant*
