Can Klarna, Afterpay, Quadpay ETC take you to court for failed payment?

What happens in court if so? I have used these apps and unfortunately I am having money troubles and cannot pay back my balance at the moment.

they could, but they most likely won’t. they’ll probably send you to collections, & that’ll ruin your credit score, depending on how far behind you are

i'm not sure about the others, but i know afterpay let's you put in a request to pause payments or to pay a lower amount for a certain time, they have you fill out your reasonings, how much you can pay if any, and when you can start resuming payments again. i would definitely try to do something like that first before letting them go unpaid to avoid any issues!

May garnish your pay. Depends on your state. Collections. A lien. Or judgement. Jail is usually for child support or tax evasion

I have no idea. I believe they just keep charging you a fee if you don’t pay on time. 
I know on afterpay you can change the dates of the payment
