Hot shower at 25 weeks
I took a really hot shower this morning as I was having a really bad panic attack, but now I have anxiety about the hot shower. What are the risks at 25 weeks? I know the risks for 1st trimester but not this far along. I have been so stressed out lately and now I worry about harming my littles.
