BBT Newbie
Does BBT tell you EXACTLY when you ovulate or have ovulated?? DH & I are going into our 8th month of TTC & I’ve never temp’d before. I’ve only used OPKs. I asked this question before and didn’t get a response but is there a certain degree or temp that tells you when you ovulate or have ovulated? Please help. The more informed I am with this the better. Thanks.
