Lh fluctuates throughout your cycle. Many women get an lh surge right before their period. It does not mean you are pregnant and does not mean you are not pregnant.

My two cents here. 
I took an LH strip because I was going to start tracking as Hubby and I were ready to start trying again. It was blazingly positive, just like yours. I didn’t think much of it and went to sleep. 5 hours later I woke up as I work overnight, and took 2 pregnancy tests and they instantly turned dark positive. Dye-stealing positive. Thankfully I have no symptoms but I would def say having a strong positive opk on a odd day of your cycle is a indicator of pregnancy. Which is def confirmed with both of our results ✨

Only way to know is to take a pregnancy test. Could be an LH surge prior to period or you could be pregnant. Good luck!
