what can this be?

for a few months now, a lot of times when my husband and I are intimate it feels like he's hitting a nerve 😖 it shoots all the way down to my toes. it hurts so bad. sometimes it's fine and I don't feel any pain, but other times it hurts so bad! positions don't matter either. trust me, I've tried! but I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what it could be?!
