How far am I?

So bloodwork from the hospital says my hcg levels are at 4 weeks and a day or so, that’s when I conceived so it makes sense. But the app says I’m 5weeks and a few days ?? I should be 5 weeks 4 days according to the app and my first day of last period. I’m just confused as to how far I am now..any input? Btw yes I have an Ob but I can’t see them or ask questions until august 10th

Hcg level is good. You would of been 5 weeks and few days when you had that blood test. So it should be between 18-7,340. See if you can do another blood test to make sure the levels are rising
