Night sweats!! 🥴🤯

Any other breastfeeding mamas enjoying being drenched by sweat filled nights ? What are you doing to cope? I used to get them before my period and could plan for them but now it is most nights. It is so unpredictable that I don't know what to sleep in because 9/10 nights I will wake up soaked! I can't fall asleep naked either since I'm always cold going to bed. Can't win lol
