I've been with my spouse for 20 years. I've had several orgasms but I've only had one mind blown orgasm during sex (you know the kind you read about in books that happens every time they have sex) and recently one during masturbation. I've tried different positions, different lubes, making sure my mind is in the right page of wanting it, having a full bladder and not having a full bladder, for play, etc. I know it can happen, but two times in that long period is sad.
