It just means that your WBC count is high which could indicate somewhere you have an infection, like a UTI or BV. It can also be a sign of pre- eclampsia, however WBC also naturally go up in pregnancy to prepare for birth. So I would monitor your body and take it easy but not freak out without more information from a doctor. In the third trimester the typical level is up to 1.4 and you’re really not far above that
