Breech at 34 weeks?

Baby boy has been head down in every sonogram we have had, but we had to do one today due to a bright spot in his bowel (they said it doesn’t seem to be an issue now) but when they did the ultrasound they said he’s breech. His butt is in my pelvis and his head is right below my ribs on my left side. They said they’ll be doing another ultrasound at my 36 week appointment and if he hasn’t flipped by then, they’ll talk to me about our options but the first thing he will suggest is an ECV but even the doctor didn’t seem like it was a good pick for us. My sister said she would send me some exercises and videos that are supposed to help the baby flip over. Has anyone done any of those exercises and it worked? I’ve read and heard ECV is very painful and doesn’t work as well with your first pregnancy.
