Discharge

May be TMI to some but since I’ve entered the 3rd trimester I’ve noticed an increase in discharge which is usually white but occasionally it’s yellow on the panty liner? Does anyone know what that means, I’ve had no itching or bad smells down there also!! I’m planning on calling the DR tomorrow morning regardless but has anyone had this happen and it was normal?!
