Think I’m having Braxton hix contractions

I’ll be 25 weeks this Saturday I’ve been having a tight feeling in my upper stomach on the sides idk if there Braxton hix contractions or something else. Is this normal ladies? This is my 2nd pregnancy it’s been so long so I don’t remember having these so early
