TTC after loss

Hey ladies

Losing our beanie was hard enough, it's been just over 2 weeks, how long before you guys conceived, I was diagnosed with pcos, but on my scan there clear for once, not cyst, I had a completed miscarriage,no HCG test negative,found out after I lost baby when I thought I was only early as I got a really faint positive. I can not wait to finally have our rainbow baby I'm now 30 and my partner's 36. Us there anything else to help us conceive, I am thinking of speaking to our drs to see if there's anything I can take to boost ovulation. Already on vitamins needed. I hope and pray our lil miracle comes soon.
