Is anyone else experiencing horrible round ligament pain?

I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow. And if I walk a lot or wear really tight undies. It makes it all tense up and hurt so bad. Hurts to walk around. Anyone else having this issue?

I’m 19 weeks I get some pain here and there but not too bad I don’t even look pregnant yet though I was 5’3 and 91 pounds I’m not to sure what’s going on

I am noticing it more today and I’ll be 20 weeks tomorrow. I had my anatomy scan yesterday & the tech wasn’t able to tell me if the baby is measuring larger or not, but I have noticed even my belly has popped out and feels heavier this week. I sit down a lot for work so I’m trying to get up and walk around more and get back into a workout routine to keep my body moving.

Yes mine started pretty early too like around 11/12 weeks. Especially if I get up too fast or reach up high places. 😭
