I take them. You can get the same brand at walmart with both DHA & folic acid that's all in one bottle so you don't have to take two pills. They're purple. They're horse pills but have worked really well for me throughout my pregnancy

I've been taking this prenatal before I got pregnant. It's amazing ! I do recommend getting the purple pill it's the same thing just one pill instead of 2

I was taking an over the counter when I first found out I was pregnant. After going to the doctor I switched to a prescription prenatal. The doctor said a lot of the time over the counter prenatals don't have all the nutrients they say are in it. I would talk to your doctor the next time you have an appointment about switching to a prescription pill.
