Urgh still feeling abit sickly and I keep getting a pain in the back of my head

my baby is 12 weeks and 6 days. i am not at all feeling good .. 2 times i have taken IV FLUIDS. Then also i am not feeling normal.i am always vomiting and feeling dizzy ( weak).sometimes not able to walk properly.kindly guide me something please.
