Accudently took 2 Prenatal vitamins in one go without food

Accidentally took 2 elevit vitamins thinking I was taking paracetamol to tackle the cramps 🤦‍♀️ realised after a few minutes & tried to throw them back up but couldn’t 😰 I don’t get morning sickness.. was panicking as the package says to contact doctor if I exceeded the recommended dose. Have been on the phone to a nurse & them called pharmacist who said it s ok as long as I drink plenty of water & may get done side effects.. woke up with some heartburn😯 very uncomfortable but keep drinking water. Anyone else had this?
